Online resources

Since 2012, the Archive has offered online resources and services starting from the fundamental series of its heritage, first of all providing useful tools for basic historical research. It also makes its documentary sources available online as part of research projects and anniversaries of national or internal University interest.

Some projects are ongoing, but already available for consultation:

• the inventory of the University's archival heritage
• the catalog of theses preserved by the Archive
• the database of students enrolled at the University of Turin
• the database of women graduates in scientific disciplines, 1878-1945
• the Archive on display, a platform providing access to:
  • collections, thematic or typological paths between the sources
  • exhibitions, digitizations of documents displayed at exhibitions, conferences and other events
  • legislation, collection of measures regarding universities and education, from the seventeenth to the twentieth century
  • yearbooks, annual directories with information on the governing bodies and staff of the University
• the thematic site The University of Turin in the Great War, created as part of the national celebrations for the centenary of the First World War
• magazines and newspapers:
  • the student magazines, "Ateneo" and "Il Lambello"
  • Enrico Castelnuovo's Writings in Newspapers and Cultural Periodicals
