On-site consultation and remote requests
Access to the study room for consulting documents is free. The users they can reproduce with their own means the papers of interest to them, for non-profit research and valorisation purposes.
Searches and reproductions requested by users who cannot go in person in the Archive they are carried out behind payment of a fee, as established by the price list attached to the Regulation approved with Rectoral Decree 3961 of 6/27/2012.
The Regulation is disapplied in the articles (art. 4.3, 5 and 7) no longer compliant with the legislation (Law 4 August 2017, n. 124), which ensures the free reproduction and dissemination of archives, without profit.
Users who request research and reproduction of documents from the Archive will receive an estimate of the requested contribution.
For the purposes of issuing the invoice, they must communicate the following data via email:
- Surname and Name / Company name
- Address
- Email address
- Tax code / VAT number
- PEC / SDI Code
If they reside in Italy, after receiving the invoice, they will have to make the payment via PagoPA system.
If they reside abroad and do not have an Italian tax code, they will be able to carry out a bank transfer made out to the University of Turin:
